March 27th, 2021 marked our first muay thai kickboxing belt test in over a year since COVID. We had a great time with over 30 adults participating in the 3 kickboxing groups. If you have not participated in or attended of our kickboxing tests, it is an awesome event. We have 3 groups going simultaneously testing people at different stages of their progress. We have some students being tested on the heavy bag for their technique and conditioning. Others are working combinations with each other and “play sparring” which is low intensity/low contact sparring with a focus on control and techniques. 
Our most advanced students are working combinations and showing their technique and application at higher resistance and contact levels. The event was a great success and we cannot wait for the next one in May!
