much the foot he’s gonna go right back
to his hip as I shoot my leg up I’m
gonna pull my partner in and I’m gonna
go for the triangle so I’m gonna claw
close my guard just around his head and
shoulders I’m gonna bring the arm across
his body make sure I grab my top shin
put on the hip right cut your angle
bring the foot behind his head lock up
the triangle and then give it a squeeze
