usually go for this technique if you

your partner with a double leg or a
single leg right so pulling guard is our
next best alternative from here I’m
going to control my partner’s collar and
control his sleep now I have to get the
same side leg up to my partner’s hip
okay there’s a lot of different ways to
do it but for me what I can do I like to
switch my legs so I can get my feet
together in a pendulum motion right I
want to make sure I create some momentum
okay as I step up and I step on his hip
now this is the side so they don’t have
a leg to anymore that’s the side I fall
to so I squat I break my partner down
and I lock my guard we look forward to
seeing you on the map
