started about two and a half years ago
against the January of 2008 particularly
my last couple months in Austin I took
up martial arts and so I was just
looking for martial art school Lee was
the first one I checked out Vincent kind
of helped me through my first class how
I was like super accommodating so I just
decided to stick with the lead without
checking any other symbols up you know
just it I was kind of just checking it
out in a phase and I just really I got
addicted to doing the jiu-jitsu just a
aside from that just generic you know
weight training and running into
something to stay in shape when I found
you Jitsu it was a much better
alternative I felt like it didn’t seem
like work basically the family
atmosphere every ball the instructors
were super friendly all the guys were
willing to help out after class you know
the first couple months are always
telefon beginners you don’t know
anything but everybody was going to help
me catch up and learn the road I didn’t
experience any negative factors like I
said everyone was super accommodating I
notice it gives me a lot of
self-confidence and other aspects of my
life more mentally focused while at work
I have more energy throughout the day
the biggest thing is that it’s not a
chore to work out
look forward to coming in here pretty
much every day basically a significant
weight loss at first you know like
within the first six months I dropped
you know like 25 pounds without even
trying without changing you know my
eating habits or anything just you know
continuous exercises basically just more
merely focus at work have energy
throughout the day since I started doing
this I don’t get tired anymore at three
o’clock the afternoon you know can’t
wait until about thirty six o’clock gets
here not so I can be worked with so I
can come here and train like I said
elite you know only guy that’s like
family atmosphere all the instructors
make it super accommodating and that’s
by the best part about elite
