you come down from the parking garage

into the third floor in the elevator

once you get off the elevator you take a
right hand towards the front desk
you once you give the front desk for
guys the locker rooms just gonna be to
your right okay but you can let the fun
that stuff know that you’re gonna be
here with the lead him in a no uh let
you on your way follow me once you get
past the front desk take a right down
this hallway
ladies your locker rooms gonna be just
here to the right so a little bit down
the hallway you’ll be able to come in
here and change you’re ready for less
right keep following me
16 for this once you get to the food
court area you’ve got a couple of
options you got compliments or your
water coffee and popcorn so if you want
to I sandwich your snack after your
workout you know right here
once you ready we’re gonna head down the
stairs
once you get to the bottom of the stairs
you want to make a u-turn to head
towards our room you’d be going straight
down this hallway here we’re going to be
the first door on the left on your way
down okay so all you need to really
where is like some comfortable workout
clothes your Footwear doesn’t really
matter because you’re gonna be on the
mats with me okay once you see that a
nice treat closer you’re going to come
