from there you’re gonna follow me we’re
gonna get you all the way up to where
your lessons today all right let’s go
all right so you’re going to be looking
for the Houston City Club blue awning as
you can see a head right and you’re
gonna take a right into the visitor
parking now if you’re coming from
another direction you might be taking a
lap but you’re gonna be getting going
right into the visitor parking during
the week you have to push this green
button right here for a ticket to get
into the parking garage and that gate in
front of us will lift up alright so
we’re gonna go right up to this ramp now
anywhere in here you can find a parking
spot just go ahead and park all right
then we’re gonna walk you in from here
all right let’s go alright guys so from
here we’re going into second floor
entrance of Houston City Club it’s gonna
go up there’s an elevator but we’re
gonna go ahead and take the stairs today
get a little warm-up for the workout all
right let’s go
speed up the stairs you want to the left
and the rest of the front desk of the
city club just the right that the guys
locker rooms if you need to change right
if not keep coming this way I just
passed the desk gonna take a right right
around this corner is the ladies locker
room ladies if you need to change
clothes or go in here not just keep
following me it’s right here you have
the cafe area all right so there’s Wi-Fi
there’s if you want to get food or drink
you can get that before or after your
workout today then we are going to left
to go down these stairs once you get to
the bottom of the stairs you want to
make a u-turn you’re going to straight
down this hallway here I keep going
straight all the way down you go see the
first door on your left has an elite MMA
sign about the top here I now go in this
door right here may or may not have
class in session she just want to come
right in the door when you come in I
suppose follow me when you come in just
ask for any of the staff here we look
